Riding the rails for Whizz-Kidz

This is a diagram of my intended round Britain rail ride to try and raise
money for "Whizz-Kidz".

Whizz-Kidz is a charity that is all about giving disabled children the
chance to lead a more independent life. Their service meets the
children's individual mobility needs and ensures they get the right
mobility equipment, advice and training at the right time. Whizz-Kidz
are virtually 100% reliant on voluntary funds raised through events,
trusts, companies and individuals.

I will be starting off on June 4th 2009 from where I live near
Wellingborough and go as far as Inverness where I intend to stay for a couple of days, then the journey really begins with a trip up to the far North at Thurso. From there, on the 8th I will be on the go most of the
time, and either stopping, or at least passing through all the extreme points of the rail network compass. Back home on Wed 10th June.

This round trip is well over XXXX miles!

Why not join in the fun by organising a 'guess the mileage' competition
in your workplace, pub, club or other social gathering place?

I will give you a starter for 10 as my home to Wellingborough station and
back is 10 miles.
Mileage includes ALL distances covered including road connections,
ferries and tube.

Final figure will be shown on this page after completion of the run.

Any donations, whether you do the competition or if you'd just like to
kindly donate can can be sent to Whizz-Kidz by simply clicking HERE.

Or see me on the trains on my travels. I will be wearing a snazzy yellow
Whizz-Kidz hat and t-shirt!

There are over 400 disabled children waiting for help by Whizz-Kidz.

Please give generously. Thank you!
